#51: Eating with the seasons, how I stay ahead on meal planning, the importance of endings, active rest, & autumn transitions

Episode description:
It’s a few weeks into fall (at least here in my part of the world) and life is shifting to match. Humans go through the same cycles as the earth, and even though most of our world lives in an endless summer (eventually leading to burnout), we will feel most at home and most energized in life when we allow ourselves to match the earth around us.
I talk about how my cravings are changing with the fall weather, what we’re eating and how I stay ahead with making meals, and moving our bodies this time of year. I also talk about active rest – meaning rest that involves doing something, and how this is helping me. And we talk about letting things die and the importance of endings.
