It makes me laugh that I am even writing the title of this episode because I have been so anti- all of this for most of my life that part of me feels like I am betraying myself. Like, what do you mean you are saying structure and routine is good?! But I have gradually been adding in more structure and scheduling into my life and it has been so nourishing and so grounding for me that I want to share it with you.
I talk about what it has been like to set my life up in a way where I am accountable to no one, the benefits and drawbacks of that, and why and how I am adding that in now by choice. I also talk about hiring an accountability coach and what it feels like to have people on my team.
