#42: Black & white thinking, the nuances of life, & why thinking in greys makes life so much more enjoyable

Episode description:
I used to not let myself laugh at comedians who I considered to be problematic, usually without even watching them first. I was the same with people I followed and books I read. When I learned information about food I was the same – black or white, something was either good or bad, right or wrong. If you enjoyed something bad that meant you were bad.
In this episode I break this all apart and talk about my journey into being able to hold multiple things as true at once. I laugh so much more and my life feels just.. peaceful instead of all angsty. Our society is hyper-focused on what is wrong and on having these strong opinions right now and this is an invitation to relax a little and have fun.
